All development costs for standard features are included at no cost.  Standard features are Search,  Site Map, Latest News Function, Popular Link Function, Login, Staff Webmail.  Any development extending beyond standardized options may carry a small one-time development fee to be agreed upon prior to development.  Items additional that could carry costs are Custom Calendars, Event’s lists, Social Networking, Intranet Sites, Forums, Guest Books, Document Repositories, etc...  Customer is required to sign a 5 (five) year agreement for hosting and email. Upon completion customer may take site in its entirety and functionality to any host of their choice or remain with us at our great low pricing.
